The Bundi Haveli Hotel It is one of those charming little hotels that make staying in a place much more pleasant. Just because you stay here is it worth a visit to Bundi. The building is a typical construction of this area of India, the so-called Havelis, old multi-storey palaces and few rooms that are distributed around a central courtyard, very much in the style of Moroccan rihads. This patio is used to create a green space, like a little garden, which gives a sense of peace and harmony.
A little further inside is the restaurant, where butter chicken is dead! There are also a few tables to eat and drink in the rooftop area. In addition the views of the palace and the lake from here are spectacular.
But without a doubt the main attraction of this hotel is the rooms. There are three types: standard, deluxe and suite. Each one is different, and all very well decorated and furnished… but the suites are the closest thing to the bedrooms of a Maharaja that we have ever seen!
As we said, it is one of those hotels that are worth leaving behind and of which we will remember the whole trip!
